I am going to try to post recipes I make that are weight watchers friendly. I don't cook that much because I am either working, at the gym, or coaching volleyball. You'll find I go out to dinner a lot because its the only time I get to spend with my friends.
Sushi and Mexican tend to be the top choices but I have become good at how many points each one is and how to make it [fit].
When I do get the opportunity to cook, I enjoy it. My parents are very accepting of what I make, and don't complain too much.
